Anyone sliding along the dance floor at Down & Derby immediately learned two truths: Roller-skating is harder than it looks, but it's also fun as hell. Especially when you add roller-rink-inspired outfits (leg warmers, wigs and neon) and tunes by veteran DJ-producer Justin Strauss, who—along with resident spinners Rok One and Mike Dextro—kept the party going well into the early hours.
