Love 4/20?

Wake and bake! Nitehawk Cinema’s morning-cartoon series marks every pothead’s favorite day with the ironically titled Spoons, Toons and Booze Says No to Drugs program. Giggle along to retro cartoons detailing the dangers of drugs, chow down on all the sugary cereal you want, and tip back a few of the morning’s signature Lebowski-nodding cocktails: White Russians topped with Cocoa Puffs. Puffs, get it? Sat 19, Sun 20 at 11:45am; $16.

Back in the 1800s, fancy female Manhattanites would flaunt their most ridiculously ornate hats every Easter Sunday, sparking jealousy from commoners on the street. Want to feel like an old-timey socialite? (Of course you do.) This year’s Easter Parade and Bonnet Festival is the place to celebrate Christ’s resurrection the proper way: by wearing very silly headgear. (Past attendees have donned Easter baskets and huge flower arrangements. Because why not.) Sun 20 at 10am; free.

If you’re looking for something trippy and (loosely) holiday-themed, the party tossers behind BangOn! NYC have you covered: They’re throwing a huge bash dubbed Easter Island at an undisclosed warehouse in Williamsburg that features the following: egg hunts, bouncy castles, stone heads (complete with laser-shooting eyes) and swinging aerialists, not to mention lots of booze and beats. The shindig goes well, well into Easter Sunday morning. Sat 19 10pm–6am; $20 and up.
