Before dismissing Kelli Scarr as just another Brooklyn singer-songwriter, take a second to tune in; her lovely, burnished voice and understated sepia arrangements suggest a more romantic, twinkly Cat Power. The singer has also composed movie soundtracks, and she sang on Moby's return-to-form album, Wait for Me. Tonight, though, she'll be performing a set of Patsy Cline tunes.
