The sound of chainsaws and brass filled the World Financial Center Plaza for two days last week as members of Okamoto Studio (a New York–based art collective) sculpted huge blocks of ice into beautifully detailed plants and animals. Brooklyn's Hungry March Band was there on the final day to serenade the spectators.
