Who says millinery is dead? This week at the National Arts Club, chapeau designers including Sally Caswell, Kimberly D’Auria and Janet Linville showcase two pieces of headwear each, one for practical day use and a fancier piece for evening hours. The exhibit opens tonight with a free party from 6 to 8pm.
