Yes, it's Valentine's Day, and no, our One Thing recommendation for the day is not V-Day-themed. Instead, we think you should go to Employee of the Month, hosted by comedian Catie Lazarus. She interviews people who have really interesting jobs—and tonight is no exception. The lineup features actor Alex Karpovsky (from HBO's Girls—he plays Ray), performance artist Neal Medlyn and Oscar-nominated producer Michael Gottwald (Beasts of the Southern Wild). This is also the last show in NYC for a while—Lazarus will be taping it in L.A. for a spell—so see it while you can.
