With several new breweries opening, Queens is on the fast track to establishing itself as a hops-lover’s paradise. Four newcomers—Bridge and Tunnel, Beyond Kombucha, SingleCut Beersmiths and Rockaway Brewing Company—join forces for an All-Queens Breweries Dinner at the Queens Kickshaw, as part of NYC Beer Week. This four-course dinner spotlights dishes crafted with local beer (such as bread pudding flavored with Bridge and Tunnel’s Hazelnut brown ale) or brewing ingredients (like an endive salad tossed with kombucha vinaigrette). To double down on frothy booze, each course will be paired with a glass, such as Rockaway’s Scotch ale and SingleCut’s Double Umlaut lager.
