Several of the city's best pit masters duke it out for meat superiority.

Head to downtown den Santos Party House tonight for a brisket rumble. Hosts Jimmy Carbone (Jimmy’s No. 43) and Jake Schiffman (Food Network) welcome 20 local pit masters—including reps from Mighty Quinn’s Barbecue, BrisketTown, Fletcher’s Brooklyn Barbecue and more—to duke it out for the title of Brisket King of NYC. While an illustrious panel of judges—among them Stephanie Pierson (The Brisket Book) and Julia Moskin (The New York Times)—picks the beef-basting victor, guests can enjoy unlimited brisket samples and Lagunitas brews (Imperial Stout, Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’).
