OutKast will headline the 2014 Governors Ball festival
Big Boi and André 3000 already have a headlining spot at Coachella lined up in addition to NYC's big music to-do in June

Yes. Last night, OutKast was announced as one of the headlining acts for Coachella (along with Arcade Fire and Muse). But New York fans who can't make the trip to California can rest easy: Reps for the Governors Ball festival have confirmed to Rolling Stone that the pair will headline that event, too. The fest happens June 6 through 8 on Randalls Island.
OutKast hasn't performed in New York City in more than a decade, so this is especially exciting news. The folks behind Governors Ball, meanwhile, have been dropping hints about the other bands on its 2014 lineup via Twitter—if we can decipher any of the clues, we'll let you know. (And keep an eye out here for details on tickets.)
