NYC Marathon fever may be grinding to a halt, but we can't resist sharing this amazing aerial shot of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, the very first leg of the 26.2-mile race.

The image of countless runners studding the Brooklyn–Staten Island connector is quite cool (but we wonder how many of them are still hurting, now that it's been a few days since the race).
