Saint Joan of the Stockyards

Bertolt Brecht's darkly comic Marxist parable tells of a would-be do-gooder in 1920s Chicago who comes into conflict with a meatpacking capitalist named Pierpont Mauler. Germany's Peter Kleinert directs this account for the Irondale Ensemble.
