Four bedroom in Park Slope for $3,799/month ($950 per person)

"Sparkles!" exclaims the description for this apartment—and damned if it isn’t true. Hats off to the person who waxed its bright, shiny floors. We admit the bedrooms look a bit small, but you won’t be spending much time in the beautiful, well-lit rooms (look at all those windows!) anyway, with the vast array of restaurant and nightlife offerings—including Dinosaur Bar-B-Q, Union Hall and Blue Ribbon Brooklyn—just blocks away. There’s also an on-site super—though we don't expect you’ll need him much, since the appliances are all brand-new.
