"The Migration"

The Arsenal Gallery in Central Park is currently hosting this exhibit, which takes a look at the 6 million African-Americans who fled the South in the first half of the 1900s. This mass movement, known as the “Great Migration,” is documented by 22 artists' interpretations of that history period and its impact on our world today.
