The Coen brothers and music supervisor T Bone Burnett have asked some pretty big players to perform songs from their latest collaboration, Inside Llewyn Davis, at The Town Hall next month. Aside from the heavy hitters mentioned above, you can expect sets by the Avett Brothers, the Milk Carton Kids and Punch Brothers, as well as the film's stars Carey Mulligan, Oscar Isaac and John Goodman, among others. Tickets for the September 29 gig go on sale tomorrow at noon, and a portion of proceeds benefit the National Recording Preservation Foundation.
