This “week” kicked off on January 21, but you have through next Thursday, February 6, to get two-for-one seats to more than 20 plays and musicals on the Great White Way. A few are sold out, but you can still check out recent Time Out New York faves like Machinal and After Midnight. Through Feb 6; prices vary.
This pair of concerts probably won’t cause the frenzy that the German technopoppers’ 2012 MoMA run did. But you should still jump on tickets to the legendary outfit’s “3-D Concert” at the United Palace Theatre; they went on sale late last week. Apr 1, 2; $39.50–$75.
The Cripple of Inishmaan
Erstwhile boy wizard Daniel Radcliffe is returning to Broadway in this black comedy from Martin McDonagh (Seven Psychopaths), which is hopping the pond after a critically acclaimed West End run. Get on it now before the Potterheads start swarming. Previews start Apr 12; $27–$142.
OutKast, Jack White and the Strokes headline this three-day fest. And if early-aughts throwbacks aren’t your thing, there are 60-plus other acts to choose from, including Vampire Weekend, Janelle Monáe, Skrillex, Spoon and Foster the People. June 6–8; three-day pass $230, VIP $500–$2,000.
Jazz Age Lawn Party
The time of year for swishing around sun-drenched Governors Island in a flapper dress might seem impossibly remote, but now is the time to act if you want to grab a VIP package to this retro outdoor shindig. The "Bee’s Knees” package ($49) nets you admission and four drinks, plus food and refreshments. June 14, 15, Aug 16, 17; advance $30, VIP $49–$149.
