Spooky and scary or freaky and funny, Time Out New York is looking for the best costume this Halloween! Send Time Out a photo of you decked out in your most creative Halloween costume for your chance to win a $100 gift certificate to Salute Restaurant. Our All Hallow’s Panel will post the finalists as they’re submitted, and take all our readers’ comments under consideration. Check back Nov 5 when we announce the winner!

CONTEST RULES: One entry per person. These competitions are open to any U.S. resident (unless otherwise stated) except employees of Time Out New York and sponsoring organizations, their agents or anyone directly connected to these promotions. No purchase required for this promotion. Contest valid 10/15 through 11/05, 2009. Winners must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated. Prizes are as described above; no cash alternatives will be given. Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred or refunded. Any and all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Travel is based upon availability and blackout dates may apply. If for any reason winners are unable to use prizes within the time specified, the participating organizations are not responsible for providing replacement prizes.
