Uh-oh: Does Mayor Bloomberg have a booty fixation?

From the comments overheard at a recent Upper East Side shindig, it seems as though our outgoing mayor is an ass man.
During our everyday perusal of the Daily News, we came across mention of a New York article that references Hizzoner making an aside about a female partygoer's derriere-specifically, saying "Look at the ass on her." As if that wasn't bad enough, El Bloombito has apparently also remarked on the appearance of Speaker Christine Quinn, the actual subject of the New York piece and the front-runner to replace him. (Evidently, as Quinn shares, the mayor isn't a fan of flat shoes or grown-out roots.)
