If you work nearby, you cannot beat the convenience. Otherwise, this particular location is not worth traveling for - I will never attempt to attend any class after 6pm again, because every single one is SUPER crowded, it is nearly impossible to move (especially during cardio classes such as kickboxing, where a lot of space is needed - forget about it!) But they do keep the lunchtime crowd in mind with shorter classes (mostly weights, cycling) that are 30-45min. I keep my membership at this location solely for the ultra-convenience of being able to sneak away at lunch for a quick calorie-burn.
I train here 5 days a week - and the facilities are superb. Every weights bench, rack and squat press that you could ever need. More than enough areas for stretching, calisthenics, and tonnes of cardio equipment (from running machines, rowers, battle ropes, etc) If you work in or near 38th Street in Midtown, this is a great choice. Lots of classes, spin, etc.., and a good range of trainers.
