Singer/songwriter and owner Flowers has scouted out more than 20 emerging lines for this treasure trove. Her eponymous boutique is crammed with everything for your closet including Sugarwater, whose ladylike swimsuits ($150) are adorned with beads, stones and seashells. Flowers’s own flavorful shirts and dresses ($40–$60) convey spunkiness and comfort.
