A classy but unpretentious neighbourhood restaurant, Caffé Bianco is just the place to bring a new flame (or to rekindle an old one). Elegantly low-key furnishings complement an elliptical but tasteful menu that ranges from salade niçoise (from the chef's grandmother's recipe, so he says) to lamb brochettes or tuna ceviche. French wines are on hand to ply your date with.
