For several generations, the same family has been making a good living here selling all manner of fruits confits and sinful chocolate concoctions. The 19th-century interior has been lovingly preserved, as have the traditions and recipes that result in the candied fruits, jams, syrups and confections lining the shelves and counters. Next door, is the savoury counterpoint with its own salon de thé.
