Régine was once a key figure on the Paris nightlife scene, and the club she created is experiencing a rejuvenation. Her portrait still sits by the entrance for a touch of '70s nostalgia, but the revamped venue has shifted from disco to sophisticated electro, inviting the cream of international DJs to the decks. The after-work La French, followed by the insane Pan-Pan Cul-Cul night (where guys get in for free if they're dressed as girls), makes a safe bet for a wild Thursday.

Je suis un habitué du trio Regine's / Planches / Madame depuis maintenant 8 ans et je dois dire que je ne remettrai plus les pieds au Regine's. Ils ont de très gros problèmes de vol en ce moment. Encore hier soir on a du rester attentif car à plusieurs reprises des filles bien organisées ont tenté de partir avec notre bouteille. On est plusieurs à s'être fait voler des affaires ces derniers temps (carte bleue au bar / Blouson / sac à main). Sans aller jusqu'à soupçonner les videurs d'être de mêche avec ces vols organisés, je pense qu'il y a un très gros problème de sélection à l'entrée. Je préfère d'orénavant affronter les physio des Planches et du Madame. Même si ces derniers se prennent pour des patrons du CAC40 on est sûr de passer une bonne soirée sans se soucier des vols.
