Avant-garde electro hits La Plage de Glazart this Friday, as Aphex Twin's label Rephlex takes to the decks for a free evening courtesy of dance festival Mutant Area. Heading the lineup is veteran French producer Bernard Fèvre, a.k.a. Black Devil Disco Club, whose tracks straddle the line between experimental electro and a thumping italo disco. His career first peaked in the late ’70s, but found a second wind when Aphex Twin remixed one of his EPs in 2004. Joining him in the booth are British DJ (and former flatmate of Aphex Twin's) Global Goon, and breakcore bigwig Sinead O'Connick Jr.
