Time Out says

Formed in the late 90s by multi-instrumentalist Jason Swinscow, The Cinematic Orchestra is a British nu-jazz and electronic group, whose signature sound incorporates 60s and 70s jazz, orchestral soundtracks, sampled percussion and live instrumentation to create stirring, genre-crossing soundscapes that are frankly epic. They're known for corkers like 'All Things To All Men' ', featuring guest vocals from the one and only Roots Manuva.
