Don’t make the mistake of confusing Green Pizz with a pizzeria: there’s nothing Italian about the menu here. Made from fresh, organic and mostly French ingredients, the ‘pizz’ is a fast food invention that only vaguely references an actual pizza.
Toppings on the slender oval bases replace the classic margarita with things like Pissaladière, Rasta Roquette and Tante Marguerite. There’s little in the way of mozzarella and ham on the wholemeal flour dough, but rather Savoie tomme cheese, smoked duck or grilled aubergine.
Priced between €11-€15, it’s a bobo undertaking with all the additive-free guarantees of quality that come with the territory. Even delivery orders are ecologically friendly, coming to you on roller skates, by bike, by electric scooter or even on foot.
