Located in the 7th arrondissment in Paris, La Cuisine is situated in the bustling Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg only minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars and the Seine. Opened in 2001 by experienced restaurateurs Christine Duboscq and Jean-Vincent Saddles, La Cuisine boasts a smart terrace and a stylish dining room decorated with plush grey carpets, lemon walls and crisp white linens. The cuisine here is traditional French, and signature dishes include the duck foie gras with fig, prune and cardamom purée and creamy artichokes drizzled with hazelnut oil; the rack of rabbit stuffed with herbs and served with mashed carrots spiced with cumin; and a raspberry and cream macaroon with poppy and raspberry sorbet for dessert.
