Located in Paris’ bohemian and artistic Montmartre, is a restaurant which captures perfectly today’s Parisian style – La Popote Du 18. Just moments from the Sacré Coeur, on one of the many winding streets in this hilly part of Paris, La Popote is notable for its laid back style - almost canteen like with its mismatched crockery and cutlery, its 1960s style wallpaper, its brightly coloured ball lampshades and lively atmosphere. This retro décor is very ‘now’, as is the simple French bistro food offered by La Popote’s kitchen. Concentrating on fresh, quality ingredients, dishes here are hearty and comforting and entirely unpretentious. Touches like handmade fries sets La Popote apart from its local competitors.

The service was quite slow and the dishes arrived cold.. The boss wasn't so kind and the toilets were VERY dirty.. I was dispointed and would'nt really advice to go their.
