l'Accolade restaurant in Paris not far from the Place du Marechal Juin is a simply decorated temple of gastronomy. Chef Sebastien Altazin, who trained with the starry and excellent Michel Rostang, creates a new menu each day having chosen the freshest of seasonal ingredients with great care. His dishes are excitingly new yet steeped in tradition: pigs' ears croustillant with lambs' lettuce and mustard salad, seabass fillet with cockles with herbed crushed potatoes, vanilla panna cotta with raspberry coulis. The bright, simple dining rooms are charming, modern and comfortable. The beautiful Julie welcomes you and ensures that your meal is perfect.
