It may be some miles from the nearest coastline but somehow in Parisian seafood restaurant Le Bar à Huîtres, you can almost feel the sea lapping at you toes. Popular with visitors to the nearby Bastille Opéra, Le Bar à Huîtres is a vibrant spot where seafood and fish are passionately embraced in every aspect. Surrounding diners are collections of shells set in to the walls, sketches of various sea creatures and photos of fishermen from days gone by, model ships and, of course, live lobsters awaiting their fate in their tank. Enjoy a taste of the blue from the Le Bar à Huîtres menu which combines tapas-style shellfish with gourmet platters and fish main courses alike.
