A large, modern seafood restaurant Le Bar à Huîtres, situated close to Paris’ famous Arc, is a triumph all of its own. Plundering the deep blue depths for inspiration every square of its interior and every meal on its menu is inspired by the bounty of the sea with the freshest fish and seafood used in every dish. Throughout the restaurant, shells adorn walls, model boats sit on sideboards and sketches of ocean residents are hung. Even Le Bar à Huîtres’ wood panelling is reminiscent of a ships galley.
