The aim for Le Gange is to have tradition and modernity hand in hand with one another, reflected in a menu that offers a range of time honoured Indian favourites and more contemporary, innovative ideas to keep one on one’s toes. Whilst progressive ideas might abound on the menu, the methods of cooking are rigorously authentic, with a strong focus on the finest herbs and spices and frehsest ingredients. Speaking of spice, Le Gange prides itself on offering some of the most fiery concoctions in the region, whilst offering subtler, more gentle wares for the less adventurous. Ornate furniture and a warm maroon colour scheme lend Le Gange an instant feeling of comfort.
