Whilst progressive ideas might abound on the menu, the methods of cooking are rigorously authentic, with a strong focus on the finest herbs and spices and frehsest ingredients. Speaking of spice, Le Gange prides itself on offering some of the most fiery concoctions in the region, whilst offering subtler, more gentle wares for the less adventurous.
