Le M64

Le M64 is the new Hôtel InterContinental Paris Avenue Marceau’s coup de grace. This chic fine dining restaurant opens on to a contemporary cobbled courtyard, wonderfully exclusive in feel come summer. With a Philippe Starck protégé in charge of the design and a former chef at the deluxe George V Hotel Paris masterminding the kitchen, it was always going to be an impressive place. Worth noting, then, how relaxed the atmosphere is – gently nudged along by comfy club armchairs, nice staff and a surprisingly simple menu. Elegance and seasonality shape Le M64’s daily-changing offering, for example - caviar, a plate of smoked salmon, Argentinean Angus rib steak, roast Dombes chicken, and sorbet.
