A restaurant with a real personality, everything about Les Elles – from the homely ambience to the inventive dishes on offer – strikes one as thoroughly good natured. Neither entirely French nor wholly Vietnamese, the dishes are a testament to the power of fusion, taking on ideas from both schools of cuisine to create a menu with an unusual abundance of flavours and ideas.
