In summer, dining here is al fresco among the rose bushes and street lamps of Les Jardins du Marais’ other-worldly sculpture garden, secluded behind the boutique hotel’s simple façade on a narrow Marais street. But the chic courtyard can be enjoyed all-year round from the luxury conservatory restaurant and bar. This sophisticated setting, complete with Philippe Starck furnishings and long mauve velvet benches, is made all the more impressive by the bright light flooding through large atrium windows. At night, the Renée Vendrig Big Diamond chandeliers cast a very stylish glow. Les Jardins du Marais’ seasonal Modern French menu cuts just as fine a figure, both on the plate and the palate.
