Vast rooms of exposed brick, wood and metal are made comfortable with the addition of oversized cushions scattered across banquettes and industrial stools on which to perch with a cocktail. Any city in the world would welcome Les Salons du Louvre menu, such is its creative, urbane charm. Presentation is beautiful and quirky, ingredients eclectic and flavours diverse but superb at the same time.
