Les Valseuses restaurant is very ‘St Germain des Pres’. A short walk from the 6th arrondissement Metro station, this bijou fine dining establishment matches the locals perfectly, like a photographer’s lens loves a model. Framed portraits of aristocrats, a Chesterfield sofa, gentle candlelight, a stylish cocktail list and a thick air of in-the-know exclusivity remind some of an English private members club. Except, of course, Les Valseuses is Parisian through and through.
