Theatre buffs like it, too. They pop in for trendy but laidback drinks and a decent bistro bite to eat after a show at Theatre Tristan Bernard. Pergola Lounge gets its kicks out of above average traditional French fish, meat and game dishes along the lines of steak frites, and scallop risotto. Pergola Lounge’s chef/owner, Thavendram Yasotharan, has been cooking professionally for over 20 years and knows his coulis from his confit.
