The elegant palette employs the colours of ochre, Bordeaux, and bark in its leather seating, graphic wall treatments, and sophisticated décor. The chef, Fabien Monteil, is rigorous in sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients to create a menu inspired by the Mediterranean without tricked-up complications. The menu changes monthly, offering dishes like smoked haddock cannelloni and grilled vegetables topped with vintage Parmesan cheese. The wine list is very French, and the service highly professional.
