Hôtel Lutetia

This historic Left Bank hotel is a masterpiece of art nouveau and early art deco architecture dating from 1910. The 250 rooms, revamped in purple, gold and pearl grey, maintain a 1930s feel – slip out of those damp clothes and into a dry Martini. Its plush jazz bar and lively brasserie also face the fashionable Le Bon Marché department store across the road.
