On a tiny street across the river from Notre-Dame, this vintage hotel is a gem. Its ten rooms are full of character, with original paintings, antique furniture and exposed wooden beams (Nos.47 and 501 have views of the cathedral). Les Degrés also features an adorable restaurant and, a few streets away, two studio apartments that the owner tends to rent out to preferred customers only.
