Le Dôme is between bistro and haute cuisine. The octagonal dining room is a stunning place for a dressy meal, though staff won’t turn a hair if you wear jeans. The building predates the Revolution, and is done up in burgundy and gilt. Owner-chef Pierre Lecoutre loves to work with seasonal produce: filet de courbine, say, a white fish available for three weeks a year.
