Value is tremendous, with a €13 lunch menu and a choice of €17 or €21 menus in the evening. Start with fried rabbit kidneys on a bed of salad dressed with raspberry vinegar, an original and wholly successful combination, and follow with goose magret with honey – a nice change from the duck version.
