This Guy Savoy outpost has a slick decor, and an attractive marble-floored dining room with open kitchen. Noisy, too: book a table in the quieter bar area. The short menu lists a Savoy classic or two as starters – oysters in sea-water gelée, or inventive dishes like ballotine of chicken, foie gras and celery root in chicken liver sauce. Next up, perhaps, roast faux-filet, or a chunk of tuna served with tiny casseroles of dauphinois potatoes.
