Wonderful little Rhubarb is the latest offering from the same organisation that put the Fu Bar (5 rue St-Sulpice, 6th, 01.40.51.82.00) on the map. The cocktails here are excellent: try Sean’s famous Apple Martini. A relaxed vibe abounds; the cellar is all crumbling pale stone and high ceilings, and while a quiet corner is ideal seduction territory, the space works equally well for gaggles of mates.
