Le Cafe du Marche is dreadful. There is no where to escape the cigarette smoke from the terrace/street area. The service is SLOOOOOOW, if you can get the server's attention at all. The food is fine, but nothing to write home about. You're better off buying a rotisserie chicken and some bread/cheese next door, and enjoying them with your fingers in the Champ de mars. Excellant place. Very friendly, efficient bar cum cafe. Very busy and very reasonble on the pocket.
