The little brother to vintage brasserie Thoumieux is a laid-back destination for cocktails, tapas or big-screen sport. Banquettes snake around the room and spiky Aztec-pattern lamps send light flickering up the walls and the faces of the pretty young locals who have made this place their own. The flavoured vodkas are delicious and include vanilla, caramel and banana.

I ventured into this bar, sat at the bar and was promptly ignored for 5 minutes as the bar man finished off serving someone and decided arrange the drip maps and slice limes in front of me. Sorry but not good enough, I could understand if the place was busy but there was only 3 other people in there. I walked out without being served. Posted on Jun 21 2007 23:19
