Jacques Lacipière runs Au Bon Accueil, and Naobuni Sasaki turns out the beautiful food. Perhaps most impressive is his elegant use of little-known fish such as grey mullet and meagre (maigre), rather than the usual endangered species. The €27 lunch menu might highlight such posh ingredients as suprême de poulet noir du Cros de la Géline, free-range chicken raised on a farm run by two former cabaret singers. But the biggest surprise comes with desserts, worthy of the finest Paris pastry shops. In summer book a table on the pavement terrace with its view of the Eiffel Tower.
