Mistinguett and Maurice Chevalier used to perform in this 19th-century music hall before it was demolished and rebuilt as a cinema in 1933. Now a theatre again (since the '70s), it hosts musicals and operettas as well as traditional French boulevard comedies, and rents its space to anyone with a wallet and a name. In 2008, that meant a French version of the musical Grease.
