In conjunction with Local Democracy Festival 2013, the heritage tour will explore significant sites where local councillors and communities played a role in shaping the landscape and democratic spaces in Penang. Only open to 30 participants, the tour welcomes first time participants as they will be exploring last year's routes. Leading the tour is local historian Dato Anwar Fazal.
