Both the first and largest bird park of its kind in Malaysia, it is home to over 300 species of bird from all over the world (half of which are from Malaysia). The main features of the bird park are the giant aviaries and geodomes which simulate the natural habitat of the birds. Not only does the bird park have over 3,000 birds, it also has a good collection of plants and animals such as pythons, lizards, turtles and deer.

As featured in Time Out Penang's 50 things to do in Penang.
